    Fortescue tries to block publication of iron ore prices

    Fortescue Metals Group has been accused of censorship and breaching the constitutional right to free press in the United States after it sought to prevent publication of the price it charges for iron ore.

    A dispute with the agencies that publish commodity price information, S&P Global Platts and Argus Media, has escalated into a legal clash spanning courts in the United Kingdom and the US.
