GlobalCOAL and LCB settle legal dispute

GlobalCOAL has settled a legal dispute with London Commodity Brokers (LCB) over the latter party's "electronic brokering of globalCOAL's proprietary products."The thrust of the settlement sees LCB agreeing not to launch a proposed "White Screen" trading system using globalCOAL's products, and to abide by the terms of its product licence agreement with gC.
Although the parties had gone to the High Court, the settlement was made out of court.
